Into The Cosmos

Cosmos.

Crop top: Topshop    Skirt: Topshop   Wedge: Topshop   Headband: Asos   Ring: Asos   Cuff: Asos   NailPolish: Essie

Hi !  So I won't usually go for this kind of look because I found that this lenght of skirt is awkward to style.
However, this one intrigued me because I really liked the print on it. Here is a proposition of how to style it, tell we what you think!
Most of the product are in sale so it is a good opportunity !

Wanted: Lace Playsuit

Vampi.

Playsuit & tights: Topshop    Boots: Mango    Bag: Asos    Lipstick: Mac Diva

Was looking on the online Topshop store and found that lace playsuit and I just love it! It has a nice cut and a lovely lace collar and sleeves. I guess it might be a little cold for this playsuit now but anyway ...
The Diva mac lipstick and the bag gives a vampi kinda vibe to the outfit which I quite like!

French manicure

Quick manicure

Hi! So this is a way to French manicure that I've been doing for a long time. It is probably not the "right" way to do it but I find it really easy to achieve using that method so, voilà !
You'll need a good nail polish remover, a base coat, white nail polish, a top coat  and some coton buds.

Step 1.
Base coat the top half part of the nail. Then, when its dry, apply the white nail polish on top of it. It doesn't need to be neat since we're going to go over it later.

Step 2.
Damp a coton bud into nail polish remover. Then, give to the white nail polish the shape you want. I prefer when it's curvy as my nails aren't super long and have a curve tip. At first you will probably find that tricky but after a few try, it will take you only minute.

Step 3.
Let it dry a little, otherwise, when you apply a top coat, it won't look as shiny as usual. Or, you could leave it like that but it think it looks better with a top coat.

Step 4.

Apply the top coat of your choice. You can put a classic top coat like above, or a glittery nail polish or any see-through nailpolish.
Let it dry and voilà! You're done!

Base and top coat: Bourgeois "So perfect"        White: Old Clair's nail polish
(Sorry for the artificial light there!)
You can, of course, try other variation, with other colours than white for example :)

Nail polish: Blue vogue

Blue Vogue

There is amazing sales on the 'Get you're rock on' Rimmel London collection. So I got this nail polish called N°400 Blue vogue. It is a really dark metallic blue (nearly black actually) with tiny tiny lighter blue shimers. It says it lasts up to 10 days but I'm not really sure about that. I think it is better to say 6 to 7 days which is still good ! And for the price I payed for it (6.99€ instead of 8.99€) I'm happy

Feel free to comment and Merry Christmas! x

Lipstick: Rimmel London (107)

Kate Moss Lipsticks N°107

The Rimmel London Kate Moss Lipsticks collection is really nice. I've been loving the N°107 which is a dark purpely red lipstick. I like it because it is a nice quality, very pigmented and really easy to apply. I'm still not sure if I want to wear it outside on a day time since i've never really wore a dark gothic lipstick (exept on night out). This collection by Kate has five matte lipstick for more or less 6 £ in the UK and 9 in €.

Baroque

Baroque

Lately, there has been a fervency for baroque; jumpers with jewelry attached or brocarde. Do you know where it's from ? This style started in the 17th century to the 18th century and is caracterise by its jewels, brocarde, lace and its accentuated waist line.Mc Queen's spring-summer 2013 collection is inspired by this period and...beehives.
